QuickTax 2007 is a tax filling software system for Windows. In the US and Canada, you are deducted money from every paycheck to pay Federal and State taxes. I am only saying this so that everyone is on the same page. Most times, people hire tax accountants that prepare the taxes declarations. They charge you a lot of money per hour. To prepare your taxes is not as hard as it sounds. If you know what forms to use and where to get your data from, you can do it quite easily. However, it is time-consuming and boring. QuickTax 2007 presents a filling interface that makes the process way easier. You simply follow the guides on screen to input the amounts of your paychecks and other documents, and the application starts doing the math for you. Although not cheap, QuickTax 2007 will eventually save you money. They also have a web service that you can use to store your tax information and fill your forms. However, the reviews of such interface are not too good; mainly because of low speed and connection problems. |
